Covenants committee's goal: Our goal is to ensure that all homeowner's in McGuffey Park are in compliance with the written covenants. When this is done, all homeowner's will benefit by being assured that property values are secure. We will strive to ensure that all complaints and requests are thoroughly and fairly considered.

Common Questions
Exterior storage buildings - None allowed without approval of the Directors.
Pets - No more than 2 dogs, cats or other household pets. The keeping of any pet which by reason of its noisiness or other factor is a nuisance or annoyance to the neighborhood is prohibited.
Fences
- No fences or screening of any kind shall be
erected or maintained on any lot without the prior written
consent of the Directors.
Can
have no beams facing out (backwards).
Request
must have schematic of how fence is to be build
before it will be approved.
Maximum
height of 60" for full perimeter fencing. Can
only enclose rear yards. Wood
fences can not be painted. No
chain link fencing shall be allowed without pre-approval
of the Directors.
Exterior Antennas - No exterior television, radio receiving dish satellite dish, or any other device for the reception or transmission of radio or television shall be erected or maintained on any lot or upon the exterior of any dwelling without the written approval of the Directors.
Personal property (boats, trailers, trucks, etc...) - Personal property, including, without limitation, boats, trailers, trucks with a gross vehicle weight in excess of one ton, campers and recreation vehicles, shall not be placed or stored permanently or temporarily in the open or in an un-enclosed carport.
Parking vehicles - Any motor vehicle of any type or description may not be parked for any time on the unpaved portion of any lot or on any street (12:00am - 8:00am).
Pools - No above ground or in-ground pools without written approval by the Directors.
No Oil drilling - Sorry had to throw this one in as it is in the covenants.
