MCGUFFEY PARK POOL RULES

 

The following rules will be posted at the pool:

   Pool hours 10:00am until 10:00pm -7 days a week.

   All persons using pool SWIM AT THEIR OWN RISK (no lifeguard).

   For private use only. Proof of residency will be required.

         Persons under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or over).

   No large coolers, glass bottles, or alcoholic beverages.

   No abusive or profane language, rough play or running.

   No pets allowed in the pool or inside the fenced in area around the pool.

   No smoking in or inside the fenced in area around the pool.

   No skateboards, roller blades, bikes, etc. inside the fenced in area.

         Proper swimming attire must be worn at all times.  No cutoffs, thongs, or nudity will be permitted.

   Please place trash in receptacles.

 

KIDDIE POOL RULES:

5 years and under only.

Must be accompanied by an adult.

 

It is the responsibility of each homeowner to also enforce the rules listed in this document as follows:

    All members will respect the property rights of homeowners in the neighborhood. Do not use lawns for shortcuts or in any way violate the rights of the homeowners.

         Radios and tape players are prohibited except with the use of earphones.

         Children in the kiddie pool must be toilet trained or wear swim diapers.

   Pool gate will remain locked at all times. You must use your key for entry. There will be one key issued per household. The replacement cost of the key will be $25.00.

   Pool parties may be schedule on the sign-up sheet posted at the clubhouse. This will be first come, first serve basis. The party scheduled will reserve a two-hour time frame, but will not close the pool to other residents and guests. Scheduling instructions will be posted next to the sign-up sheet. You will be responsible for all clean up. Inspection will be made after each party and any damages to the property will be charged to the member reserving the party.

            Report violations to the board of directors in writing. These reports can be sent to P.O. Box 1365 Ozark, Mo.  This report must include the name and address of the violator, what the violation was and a date and time at which it occurred.
