Meeting: To be announced

The annual HOA meeting was conducted
on 3/7/09 with approximately 10% of the homeowners present.
The minutes are linked below and the audit letter, proposed
budget and income statement are on the Budget page.

Due to the delays nationwide in the availability of the new pumps needed, an alternative and TEMPORARY, solution has been worked out so pools may open this year. Can't fully explain all the details but it involves in bypassing some equipment so the danger is no longer present. This has been done for the McGuffey Park pool by Buster Crabbe and the
pool will be open May 23, 2009.

The garage sale is scheduled for June 6, 2009. Newspaper ads will be published etc. so there will be publicity.
